Adore Smile - Education Policy
1:1 Training / Group Training & Online Training Terms

By enrolling in any training course with Adore Smile, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Refunds:
Adore Smile complies with Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are not provided for change of mind or accidental purchases. All course fees are non-refundable. Any exceptional circumstances will be reviewed by our Director and considered on a case-by-case basis. All decisions are final.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Section 1 - 48-Hour Cooling Off:
Students have a 48-hour cooling-off period from the time the deposit or booking fee is paid to cancel their enrolment-this applies only to in-person training. Online training is not eligible for cancellation once enrolled, as access is granted instantly. Cancellations within this period will be refunded within
21 days upon written notice.
Section 2 - Outside Cooling Off:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Full payment is due before or on the day of the course.
- Cancelling more than 10 days before the course: 50% of tuition is charged.
- Cancelling within 48 hours: 100% of tuition is charged.
Once the course begins, full payment is required regardless of participation.
Adore Smile reserves the right to cancel or terminate enrolments due to failure to follow policy, misconduct, or if the environment becomes unsafe for staff or students.
COVID-19 & Health-Related Reschedules:
If you are unwell or exposed to illness before or during training, notify us immediately. We will do our best to reschedule your training. If a snap lockdown or other unavoidable event occurs, your training will be postponed or credited toward future services or online training.
Force Majeure:
If Adore Smile is unable to proceed due to events outside of our control (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions, accidents, civil unrest), we reserve the right to reschedule your training as soon as practical.
Online Course Enrolments:
Online training courses are non-refundable due to immediate access provided. This applies to payments made via credit card, PayPal, and buy-now-pay-later platforms such as Afterpay, Humm, or similar.
Deposits & Booking Fees:
All deposits (also called booking fees) are non-refundable. This payment confirms your training date and secures materials and preparation for your course. We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours will incur a fee.
Invoices:
Invoices must be paid within 24-48 hours. If unpaid, your training slot may be forfeited and given to another student. A 10% GST is added to all invoices.
Guests:
No guests or children are permitted during training due to limited space and safety.
Minimum Age:
Students must be at least 16 years old to enroll.
Sick Notice:
If you become sick, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Educators may cancel and reschedule your session if you are unwell. Entry may be refused to anyone who appears intoxicated or under the influence. Models must sign consent forms for liability and agree to photos being taken during training. Models acknowledge that outcomes may vary due to trainee practice.
Liability & Legal:
Any defamatory statements made about Adore Smile may result in removal of certificates, legal disassociation, and cancellation of any standing agreements.
General Release:
By enrolling, you agree to follow Adore Smile's policies. You release Adore Smile and its affiliates from liability related to any injury, loss, or damage resulting from training participation or attendance at any of our premises.
